مدل‌‌یابی ساختاری مولفه‌های کالبدی موثر بر زیبایی مناظر روستاهای کوهپایه‌ای شمال ایران با کاربست سیستم واقعیت مجازی

چکیده

بررسی روستاها و تحولات کالبدی آنها نمایانگر دخالت عوامل مختلفی است که گاه در حیطه اختیار روستاییان و گاه خارج از آن است. این عوامل از جهات مختلف روستاها را هدف قرار می‌دهند، که منظر و تغییر آن یکی از این ابعاد است. یکی از مفاهیم ارزشی منظر، زیبایی می‌باشد که بررسی و شناخت فرآیند‌ها و مکانیسم‌های حاکم بر زیبایی روستا و عوامل ساختار منظر روستایی و مخصوصاً درک ماهیت روابط میان اجزای این دو، مد نظر این پژوهش می‌باشد. لذا پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ ماهیت، اکتشافی و از حیث بررسی داده‌ها، تجربی- پیمایشی است. داده‌های مورد نیاز پژوهش از طریق تحلیل محتوای اسنادی و دلفی گردآوری شده است. جامعه آماری شامل متخصصین می‌باشد که با استفاده از سیستم واقعیت مجازی، محیط 5 روستای شبیه‌سازی شده در قالب تور مجازی برای آنها به نمایش گذاشته شده و سپس با استفاده از پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخت، مورد پرسشگری مستقیم قرار گرفتند. به منظور شناسایی مهمترین شاخص‌ها از آزمون رتبه‌ای هم‌انباشتگی نامحدود اکتشافی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Eviews استفاده شده است و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات استخراجی از مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار AMOS عمل شده است که نتایج نشان داده است؛ مدل استاندارد زیبایی مناظر روستاها به ترتیب ضرایب مسیر متاثر از رویت‌پذیری، عناصر محیطی، جذابیت، وضوح، تناسبات می‌باشد.
