فراتحلیل شاخص‌های شهر دوستدار تنوع زیستی به منظور کاربست در برنامه‌ریزی شهری

چکیده
هدف: بحران جهانی کاهش تنوع‌زیستی تا حد زیادی ناشی از شهرنشینی روزافزون است و تهدیدی جدی برای پایداری اکوسیستم‌ها و رفاه انسان به‌شمار می‌رود. از این‌رو، بهبود سلامت بوم‌شناختی محیط‌های شهری، همراه با تدوین راهبردهای مؤثر برای ایجاد شهرهایی که از تنوع‌زیستی حمایت می‌کنند، به یک ضرورت حیاتی تبدیل شده است. هدف این پژوهش، تدوین شاخص‌های شهرهای سازگار با تنوع‌زیستی، تحلیل اثرات آنها و اولویت‌بندی این شاخص‌ها برای به‌کارگیری در برنامه‌ریزی شهری به‌منظور تحقق این رویکرد است.
روش پژوهش: روش فراتحلیل کمّی بر روی ۳۲ مقاله علمی معتبر و داوری‌شده به زبان انگلیسی، منتشر شده بین سال‌های ۲۰۱۰ تا ۲۰۲۴، که از پایگاه‌های انتشار آکادمیک شناخته ‌شده استخراج شده‌اند، به‌کار گرفته شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل شامل محاسبه اندازه اثر تجمیعی شاخص‌ها بر تنوع‌زیستی شهری و ارزیابی سوگیری انتشار با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار CMA V3 بود.
یافته‌ها: نتایج فراتحلیل، ارتباطی مثبت و بسیار معنادار را میان شاخص‌های بررسی شده و بهبود وضعیت تنوع‌زیستی در شهرها نشان داد (نسبت شانس تلفیقی: 0/258). این نتیجه حاکی از توانایی این شاخص‌ها در کاهش پیامدهای منفی بر تنوع‌زیستی به میزان تقریبی ۶۰ تا ۷۰ درصد است. تحلیل فراوانی نشان داد که شاخص‌های مرتبط با ابعاد اکولوژیکی (نظیر غنای گونه‌ای، فضاهای سبز، پوشش گیاهی بومی) بیشترین توجه را در مطالعات داشتند، در حالی که ابعاد انسانی و اجتماعی (آموزش، مشارکت) کمتر مورد کاوش قرار گرفته‌اند. نتایج فراتحلیل در برابر سوگیری انتشار مقاوم بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه بر اهمیت حیاتی سرمایه‌گذاری در زیرساخت‌های سبز شهری و مدیریت پایدار آنها برای تقویت تنوع‌زیستی تأکید می‌ورزد. شاخص‌های شناسایی شده ابزارهایی مؤثر برای بهبود تنوع‌زیستی در فضاهای شهری هستند. یافته‌ها ضرورت پرداختن بیشتر پژوهش‌های آینده به ابعاد اجتماعی و انسانی و اتخاذ رویکردی کل‌نگر برای ساخت شهرهایی واقعاً حامی تنوع‌زیستی را برجسته می‌سازند و بر کاربست این رویکرد در برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت شهری در لایه‌های تصمیم‌گیری و تصمیم‌سازی و نیز اجرای برنامه‌های شهری تأکید دارد.
