The developmont of this type of industny, in every country, needs a rational strategy, plan, and management processes. In the last 15 years, sustainable development indices, and environmental criteria, lihe in other industries, have also been considered for tourism development. In this article, after a brief review of the tourism characteristics, a framework for a dynamic management process in accordance with sustainable development is presented.
